Analysts to Discuss Generative AI Trends and Technologies at Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2023, October 16-29 in Orlando
By 2026, more than 80% of enterprises will have used generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) application programming interfaces (APIs) or models, and/or deployed GenAI-enabled applications in production environments, up from less than 5% in 2023, according to Gartner, Inc.” Gartner
My thoughts
🚀 The rapid adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) by enterprises by 2026 is set to be a transformative shift, with several key considerations:
🏢 Startup Acquisitions: Enterprises will increasingly acquire startups specializing in GenAI technology to access cutting-edge expertise and innovation. This will facilitate GenAI integration and innovation.
🧪 POCs (Proof of Concepts): Enterprises will conduct numerous Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate GenAI's suitability for their specific needs, identifying effective GenAI applications and refining implementation strategies.
🌐 Strengthening the AI Community: Collaboration with startups and acquisitions will foster a thriving GenAI community. This knowledge sharing and talent exchange will accelerate AI advancements and promote industry growth.
